Overview

The Welcome Image Generator creates eye-catching welcome cards that are automatically sent when new members join your server. Fully customizable with templates, custom backgrounds, and personalized text.

Custom Backgrounds (Tier 1+)

Upload your own background images:

Requirements:

  • Image format: PNG, JPG, or WebP
  • Recommended size: 1920x1080 pixels
  • Max file size: 5MB

Text Customization

Personalize your welcome message with placeholders:

  • {username} - Member's username
  • {discriminator} - Member's tag (#1234)
  • {mention} - @mention the user
  • {server} - Server name
  • {membercount} - Total member count
  • {timestamp} - Join timestamp

Example:

Title: "Welcome {username}!"
Subtitle: "You are member #{membercount} in {server}"

Commands Reference

/welcomeimage enable

Enable welcome images for your server.

Parameters:

  • channel - Channel where images will be sent

Example:

/welcomeimage enable channel:#welcome

/welcomeimage disable

Disable welcome images.

/welcomeimage template

Choose a template.

Parameters:

  • template - Template name (Modern/Neon/Minimalist/Gaming/Nature/Space)

Example:

/welcomeimage template template:Neon

/welcomeimage text

Customize welcome text.

Parameters:

  • title - Main title text (supports placeholders)
  • subtitle - Subtitle text (supports placeholders)

Example:

/welcomeimage colors

Customize colors (Tier 1+).

Parameters:

  • primary - Primary color (hex code)
  • secondary - Secondary color (hex code)
  • text - Text color (hex code)

/welcomeimage background

Upload custom background (Tier 1+).

Subcommands:

  • upload - Upload a new background image
  • url - Use image from URL
  • reset - Return to template background

Parameters:

  • position - Avatar position (top/center/left)

/welcomeimage test

Generate a test welcome image to preview your settings.

Open dashboard preview (shows live preview as you edit).

Dashboard Configuration

Configure welcome images visually from the Server Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Welcome section
  2. Click Image Generator
  3. Choose template or upload background
  4. Customize text, colors, and avatar
  5. Live Preview updates as you edit
  6. Save and test

Troubleshooting

Image Not Appearing

  • Verify the bot has permission to send messages/attach files in the welcome channel
  • Check that welcome images are enabled: /welcomeimage test
  • Ensure the channel is set correctly

Text Overlapping or Cut Off

  • Shorten your title/subtitle text
  • Choose a smaller avatar size
  • Adjust text position in dashboard preview

Background Not Uploading

  • Check file size (must be under 5MB)
  • Verify file format (PNG, JPG, WebP only)
  • Try compressing the image with TinyPNG.com

Colors Not Changing

  • Ensure you have Tier 1 or higher
